Support and Mounting

• Center-hung supports: Allow easier cable installation from both sides.
• Maximum load per hanger: Usually 318–340 kg, depending on tray type .

Installation Procedure

1. Install supports at the planned elevation and level line.

• Workers should wear gloves and steel-toed footwear during handling .
• Store trays elevated and ventilated to prevent corrosion or staining.

• Regularly inspect trays for sagging, loose supports, or damaged cables.

• Use separators when installing mixed cable types if required.
• Consider environmental factors: for corrosive or high-moisture areas, use FRP or coated steel trays .
